Reynaldo Ramirez is a dynamic and versatile HR leader with a passion for business and employee success. Rey brings a strong HR background, with direct experience leading complex acquisitions & divestitures, change management, talent acquisition, leadership development, strategy and execution, and total rewards.

Rey is the Co-Founder of Thrive HR Consulting, where he has built a solid track record of success in emerging spaces. Prior to starting Thrive HR Consulting, Rey led M&A deals and practices with Deloitte, Cognizant, BMC Software, and Electronic Arts. He has also spent time as an HR Business Partner and HR strategy leader in the fast-paced technology space.

Reynaldo holds a master’s in human resource development from Amberton University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Mary's University. Driven by a passion for excellence, Reynaldo Ramirez continues to create a positive impact in the field of HR by delivering innovative and result-oriented solutions to his clients and mentees.
