Headshot of Ben De Haldevang

FEATURING:

John Nelson

CEO

BT&L Partners

Join the UK HR M&A roundtable to answer some of the key questions:

What do successful leaders do differently from the rest?

How do leadership and culture intersect through the M&A process?

How can you as HR can assess the readiness and engagement of leaders on both sides of the transaction and your role?

John Nelson has been working with executives and leaders on business transformations, change leadership, and M&A for decades. He will present his transformation model "PiVOT" and share how leadership, specifically "Enterprise Leadership", is key to M&A success.

THIS LONDON ROUNDTABLE IS OPEN TO LOCAL HR M&A PRACTITIONERS.

We host global roundtables the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
