Ben de Haldevang, founder of Agile Gorilla, has worked with clients throughout North America, Europe and Asia in over 100 M&A and transformation projects. Ben’s career has focused on post-acquisition integration and complex transformation projects. He has spent the last 20 years working with clients going through deal-related transformations including JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Tokio Marine, Prudential, Aviva, Alliance Boots, Michelin, Mondelez, WPP and Diebold.

David Lawlor

He has led the end-to-end HR workstream from due diligence through integration planning and execution for dozens of transactions both public and private. David was a client partner at Korn Ferry and prior to that worked in Citigroup’s institutional markets and banking businesses and then at Citi Holdings. Before his focus on M&A, he was responsible for organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, talent assessment and development and organizational culture initiatives. David began his career specializing in compensation and HRIS, ultimately leading the COE function for Western Europe. In addition to his HR experience, he oversaw a $1 billion plus portfolio of alternative assets and served as a board member of the investment subsidiaries. David received a M.A. in Human Resources Leadership from Rutgers University’s School of Management and Labor Relations. Reynaldo Ramirez Jr.

Rey is a senior HR M&A leader with more than 25 years of experience across high technology and international telecommunications companies. He specializes in the end-to-end processes for mergers, acquisitions, integration, divestitures and carveouts and has executed more than 40 global transactions. Rey has served as a management consultant for Deloitte and RGP and has been a senior director of HR for Cognizant Technology Solutions. He has held senior level HR management positions at Verizon, BMC Software, Electronic Arts, Cisco Systems and Cable & Wireless Communications PLC.
