Ben de Haldevang, founder of Agile Gorilla, has worked with clients throughout North America, Europe and Asia in over 100 M&A and transformation projects. Ben’s career has focused on post-acquisition integration and complex transformation projects. He has spent the last 20 years working with clients going through deal-related transformations including JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Tokio Marine, Prudential, Aviva, Alliance Boots, Michelin, Mondelez, WPP and Diebold.

In 2018, Ben cofounded Agile Gorilla, a new disruptive and innovative business focused on M&A and post-acquisition integration. Previously, Ben was a partner at Korda Mentha (Australia’s largest restructuring firm). He started PCUBED Asia in July 2011, a global program and project management consulting firm that grew from a single presence in Singapore to 36 consultants in six locations. Prior to that, Ben was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, managing the Human Capital Group as part of Post Deal Services in London. He has spent the last 3 years working with the London Stock Exchange as the Program Director for an acquisition/carveout from Citibank.

David was a client partner at Korn Ferry and prior to that worked in Citigroup’s institutional markets and banking businesses and then at Citi Holdings. Before his focus on M&A, he was responsible for organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, talent assessment and development and organizational culture initiatives. David began his career specializing in compensation and HRIS, ultimately leading the COE function for Western Europe. In addition to his HR experience, he oversaw a $1 billion plus portfolio of alternative assets and served as a board member of the investment subsidiaries. David received a M.A. in Human Resources Leadership from Rutgers University’s School of Management and Labor Relations. An undergraduate from Notre Dame, he spends fall Saturdays cheering for the Fighting Irish.

Dawn is the Manager, M&A Center of Excellence in Corning’s Corporate Development group and has over 20 years of experience across the healthcare, automotive, and technology industries.

While at Corning, Dawn has led several initiatives as either the program manager or change management leader.  She is passionate about leading, teaching, and coaching teams on M&A Integration, change management, and process improvement initiatives.

Dawn is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Change Management Professional, and Performance Excellence Black Belt & Lean Belt.  She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Elmira College and a Master of Business Administration from Ithaca College.

Rey has served as a management consultant for Deloitte and RGP and has been a senior director of HR for Cognizant Technology Solutions. He has held senior level HR management positions at Verizon, BMC Software, Electronic Arts, Cisco Systems and Cable & Wireless Communications PLC. In addition to M&A, Rey has been a HR business partner and has had responsibility for talent acquisition, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
